What phone models do your cases support?
Our tough cases are currently available for a wide range of iPhone models, from iPhone X and up. This includes iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 series, with support for both standard and Pro/Pro Max versions. All cases are MagSafe-compatible and support wireless charging.
What type of phone cases do you sell?
Casey offers tough iPhone cases with a dual-layer construction for maximum protection. Each case combines a durable polycarbonate outer shell with a shock-absorbing TPU inner lining — ideal for daily drops, scratches, and impact. All designs feature a glossy finish that enhances the artwork without compromising grip.
Are the cases protective?
Absolutely. Casey’s tough cases are designed for everyday wear and tear. With their dual-layer structure, these cases provide military-grade protection while maintaining a slim and sleek look. They’re made to guard against cracks, drops, and scratches — while still turning heads.
How are your cases made?
All our phone cases are made-to-order, produced using premium materials and precision-printed with original artwork. This ensures every product is freshly made, not mass-produced, reducing waste and allowing for unique, limited-batch designs.
Can I return or exchange my case?
Because each case is custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or gets lost in transit, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If a case is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you’ll be refunded the case cost (excluding shipping), and you’ll need to place a new order. Always double-check your info at checkout!
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We fulfill orders from production centers close to your region to reduce waiting time and emissions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Whether you’re in the U.S., Europe, or beyond, Casey has you covered. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees may vary by country.
However, some regions (e.g., Afghanistan, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, certain remote territories) are excluded due to shipping and customs restrictions.

Will my case support wireless charging?
Yes. All Casey tough cases are designed to work with MagSafe and Qi-compatible wireless chargers.
Can I request a custom design?
