We want you to feel confident when shopping at Casey. Every phone case is made to order with precision, quality, and care — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Gift card orders are nonrefundable.
How long do I have to request a return?
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item, based on the delivery date provided by your tracking information.
Please note: Because our cases are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, design preferences, or incorrect phone model selection. Make sure to double-check your iPhone model before placing your order.
What qualifies for a return or refund?
We will gladly process a return or refund if:

Your phone case arrived damaged or defective

There is a printing error or quality issue

You received the wrong product or an incorrect iPhone model case (from our end)
What do I need to do?

Email us at support@casey-cases.com within 14 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the case (front and back), packaging, and any visible defects

Once reviewed, we will offer a solution. This may include a full refund or a replacement case.
Return shipping information
If your return is approved due to damage or error, you will not be charged for return shipping. We will provide the correct return address depending on your country. If the return is due to customer error (for example, ordering the wrong model), the customer covers shipping, and the item must be unused and in original condition.
Refund timeline
Once we have received and reviewed your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Most refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider and then contact us for further assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if it has not gone into production yet. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, all items are considered in progress and cannot be canceled or changed.
Countries we do not ship to
We do not currently ship to the following locations due to shipping limitations:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, Iran, Libya, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
